The iSMS Birthday Reminder is an automated SMS alerting service that sends birthday greetings or promotions to your contacts on their birthday — automatically, at a time you set. It helps businesses maintain a personal touch with customers without any manual effort on the day itself.
Each reminder uses one SMS credit per recipient.

How to Set Up Birthday Reminder
- Log in to your iSMS member portal.
- Go to your Address Book and ensure each contact has their date of birth saved.
- Navigate to the Birthday Reminder section in the portal.
- Compose your birthday message (use
%name% to personalise).
- Set the send time and how many days before the birthday to send (if desired).
- Save the configuration — iSMS will automatically send the SMS each year on the birthday.
